HOLY CRAP THE … HOLY CRAP THE MEMORIES.
I distinctly remember the dinosaurs from the opening of this game creeping the out of me when I was a kid, and now I understand why. I had no idea the Uncanny Valley worked with dinosaurs too!
Pretty much everything else is classic though. The music! So awesomely catchy!
Another thing that always freaked me out were Eloi’s eyebrows. WTF.
When I was 4, my … When I was 4, my brother played this game every day. I was scared for the big dinosaur and the painting on the wall (3.54) and the old man :”) ( 3:42 ) What was the name of the big Dino?
I fondly remember … I fondly remember playing this game without knowing any english. I made good progress despite that, but I got tired of it eventually. I would really want to play this now if I could find it.
This is for the … This is for the CD-I, we still have it, but it doesnt work anymore.. dunno why.. I had this game for the CD-I (from Philips) and i was really addicted to it.. part of my childhood haha. greating from netherlands
oh jeeez, I … oh jeeez, I remember buying this crap was the
most stupid thing I ever did in my childhood. boring, weak, boring. I sold it within days after I had purchased it…..
i rember having a … i rember having a demo from the intro when i was younger…
i think i watched it a thousand times till i bought the whole version
i think this was one of my special moments in my young life, when i saw the pictures combined with the music, and felt something like a nostalgic, malancholic awe
the atmosphere had the first impact on me, becoming some kind of dreamer im still today
i remember … i remember attempting to play this when i was 5 i didn’t get verry far but i remember that i loved to watch my older brother and my dad play this
Nope, not entirely … Nope, not entirely true actually.
If you compare it to the cartoony Mario related franchises then I have to agree with you.
But in reality, the Wii is powerful enough to handle Lost Eden at three times the (video) resolution then seen here and compared to the CD-I and PC releases.
So your statement is not entirely accurate.
