Play all files on Windows Media Player
this is a tutorial on how to make your windows media player play almost every file type.
::How do i get it?::
1- open your browser
2- goto:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm
or
type in at google:
K lite codec
3- go to the downloads page
4- click on the full download link and download it
5- install it
after you install it you should be good to go ^_^ enjoy

have you installed …
have you installed the codec pack?
if so, it might be a different avi file.
it might be DIVX, or XVID.
both codec files should be in the codec pack,

Hey I followed your video and did everything you did, but when i downloaded a movie from Limewire which is a avi file it still wouldn’t let me play it on WMP. it says the same thing, “windows media cannot play the file. the player might not support the file blah blah! WTF?
