    So basically this product was fairly poor until they released new firmware but now handles pretty much everyhting? I’m asking because one is currently in the post on its way to me and I’m hoping I didn’t buy a dud.

    @maria240365 Sounds like a codec problem, are you sure they are not some funny format in an AVI holder. I might be talking rubbish here, but this unit can be fussy sometimes about file formats.

    Hi, I received the exact same product as a gift and I love it but I do have a problem. Can you explain why I cannot see some of my files which are all downloaded in “Avi”. You can hear them but cannot see them. It is driving me crazy trying to sort this out. Any input will be welcomed. Thanks

    Update your firmware! Player works very very good!! And no any promlems with MKV!! 12-16Gb MKVs 1080p working perfect!!

    Cannot play most of mkv also have sound problems. subtitles not works correctly
