well, there is such a thing as an windows extender. they can come in many forms. they have one for example at disneyland in innovation station. for me, i use my xbox 360, since its from microsoft, you can use it as an extender. try searching it

If you have to connect all those wires from a PC to a TV to watch TV on your PC, why bother, just watch the TV.
Now if you know how to connect a PC to an AT&T U-verse router that runs the cable TV and wireles internet in another room, so that I can use Windows Media Center running in Vista to watch TV in a room where my regular TV isn’t, that would be helpful to alot of people.
